Beach Holidays kenya

East African Coast is blessed to have superb coral reef spanning its entire length side with the white sandy beaches. Some of the best diving is in the marine national parks where there are special diving schools to instruct beginners and experienced alike and to take divers out to see the dazzling array under-water life. September to April is the best diving season. Deep-sea fishing is a superb sport here and we have recorded marlin, sailfish, tuna, wahoo and shark. We use modern boats and equipment and trips can be organized for both the novice and expert fishermen all along the cost. Accommodation could vary from camping to Five-star lodges along the coast.

For those who prefer just a relaxed life and lying on the white sandy beaches, Lamu Island is superbly created naturally to cater for your interest. An extensive14 km stretch of white sandy beach, Shela beach, is as glorious and medieval as nothing else. The mood is laid-back and languorous; it beats Lamu hands down much as it is part of the Archipelago “haha……..!”

Malindi is unique in many ways, but the most conspicuous is the two-in-one aspect; a historic Swahili township as well as a modern holiday center, with coral reefs of marine Park offshore. It offers a friendly welcome a kin to the one seen by early Portuguese, contrasting other places and the old part of town retains a friendly African atmosphere. The best season here is from August to January and it’s all about the beaches.

Watamu, 24km South of Malindi, has good beaches and plenty of resorts. At low tide many people walk across to the nearby islands. The season for Watamu is December to April when there is no seaweed.
The town of Mombasa is as good as old and compares to none else in the country. It has rich history and wonderful sights to explore including;

  • The Fort Jesus
  • Swahili culture
  • Old town
  • Harbour cruises like Tamarind Restaurant and Jahazi Marine Ltd, which offer best seafood as you sail.

The south coast has wonderful beaches and extends all the way through Kilifi, Diani, Jadini to Shimoni Village and Wasini Island where you have a better chance to swim and see the dolphins between August and October.
Enquire and be furnished with full information on specific places that you would like to visit in this region, WELCOME!
